The yellow rose aphid, Acyrthosiphon (Rhodobium) porosum (Sanderson). Adults are 1/8 inch long and yellow-green in color. Highest populations occur in late spring and early summer, although it may be present throughout the year. This aphid feeds on the leaves and buds of roses.
