Sevenspotted Lady Beetle

Lady beetles are among our most beneficial insects. The sevenspotted lady beetle, Coccinella septempunctata Linnaeus, is a common species. Lady beetles feed on aphids, immature scale insects, mealybugs, mites and other soft-bodied insects.
