Lady Beetle Pupa

Lady beetle pupa. The "resting" stage occurs when the beetle larva is transforming into an adult. Lady beetles are among our most beneficial insects. Lady beetles feed on aphids, immature scale insects, mealybugs, mites and other soft-bodied insects.
